TO CELEBRATE THE RELEASE OF PINK DICE
An Acclaim Press Book

Ellen Everman, a long-time Northern Kentucky resident and downtown Cincinnati worker, has written a novel about the Greater Cincinnati area, with special emphasis in the first few chapters about downtown Cincinnati.  The author paints an idyllic picture of a 1950s downtown with just enough reality to make it not only colorful but exciting and edgy. 
 
Because of Ellen Everman's love for the city, Acclaim Press has decided to stage a release party for the book on Fountain Square.  Everyone is invited to join in the festivities and to meet the author.  JD Hughes, Mr. 50's DJ himself, will be emceeing the event.  Steve Chuke, renowned Elvis impersonator will be entertaining.  Step-N-Out Dance Studio will be wowing the crowd with their Jitterbugs and Lindy Hops.  Miss Martha Dress Shop will be there modeling their new pink spring fashions.  1950s dance and best outfit contests will get the party going.  Colorful vintage cars will be on site to enhance the flavor of the fifties along with guests who are encouraged to dress for that era.  Because a good part of the book describes Cincinnati's unique and beautiful architecture, there will be an LED board presentation of interior shots of downtown and excerpts from the book.  Signed copies of PINK DICE will be available on Fountain Square for purchase.  Visit the author at www.pinkdicenovel.com.
