Go Bananas is pleased to present the 2008 “Funniest Person in Cincinnati” contest. This is an opportunity for aspiring comics and amateurs to get on stage and develop their comic skills. The contest will begin on Wednesday, June 18th and will continue through August.

Preliminary Contest Format

· There will be two groups of competitors each week, which are amateur and semi-pro.
· Amateurs are those with little or no stage experience.
· Semi-pros are those who have emcee experience and possibly some feature experience.
· 1 group in each class for 4-5 weeks
· The top 2-3 contestants in each class will advance to the finals each week.
· Contestants will be judged by all audience members and experienced judges
