This is by far, the best Indian I have ever eaten. What's odd, the owner owns another restaurant downtown, and it doesn't seem as good. Ambar, though, has never left me unsatisfied. It's a great place to take a newbie to Indian cuisine because everything is so good. I love the chicken tikka masala too! The saag is right on. Don't forget the Taj Mahal. Wonderful beer. I always have a blast when I go.

Ambar is one of the best Indian restaurants I've ever been to. The food is fabulous! Parking can be a bit challenging because the lot is so small, but it's well worth it!

I first tried Indian food last summer at Ambar and this is the place where I have fell in love with Indian Food. Yes, it make me drool as write this review. It's a different type of flavor that fits perfectly with my taste buds.. If you like spicey food and willing to try something unique, this is it. This is what's been missing from your life, this is the dish you must order: Chicken Takamasala. You'll thank me later..
