The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center is a living and learning center in Cincinnati offering lessons and reflections on the ongoing struggle for freedom. In addition to celebrating the historic efforts of the Underground Railroad, the Freedom Center will also showcase the efforts of modern day heroes--men and women from around the world.

A truly powerful museum. It is right up there with the Holocaust Museum in Washington DC. Cincinnati has a gem on its riverfront with this one.

I have not been there yet, but I know of many that have attended and they got tons out of the experience. I do want to get there someday soon.
