Cincinnati restaurant dining at its casual best can be experienced at Boswell Alley. Our restaurant & bar resides in a building that dates back to 1886, and is named after a small brick alley just beyond the restaurant courtyard, that once was used as a freight corridor through Cincinnati. Located in the Northside Historic district.

Boswell Alley offers you a great casual Cincinnati restaraunt experience complete with a diverse menu. Our restaurant serves some of the best soups, sandwiches and salads available in Cincinnati for the lunch crowd, and our evening dinner menu is complimented with a daily steak special.

To enhance the casual dining experience, the restaurant courtyard is open Spring, Summer and Fall for outdoor dining. We even grill to order on Friday & Saturday nights from 5:00PM – 9:00PM in the garden when the weather permits. The kitchen remains open till 10:00PM Monday – Thursday and until 11:00PM on Friday & Saturday.

To complete your evening out, Boswell Alley has a full bar that serves local favorites and scrumptious mixers, and we feature great local bands for your entertainment.
