The Young Professional Eagle Scout Association (YPESA) of Greater Cincinnati was founded in 2004 as an organization designed to reconnect recipients of the prestigious Eagle Scout award into the community-both native Cincinnatians and those who have relocated to the region. Designed to engage young professionals, we stand by our motto of “Network, Mentor, Service”. These three words really describe the core of the organization:
NETWORK:
-YPESA provides numerous social gatherings for both active members and those interested in becoming involved.
-These events take place monthly at local hot spots around the region such as Hofbrahaus, Nicholson’s, Mulligan’s or Watson Brothers and are designed simply to provide fellowship for all Eagle Scouts, both young professionals and more experienced professionals who are “young at heart”.
-These are great opportunities to reconnect with fellow Eagle Scouts or simply expand your current network.
MENTOR:
-Through a program called Winners Walk Tall, YPESA aims to help fulfill the mission of the organization:
-The goal of Winners Walk Tall is to develop today's youth into tomorrow's Winners through character-building programs that teach fundamental values and life-changing skills.
-YPESA is currently volunteering as Character Coaches for Winners Walk Tall in numerous schools throughout the Greater Cincinnati Region.

SERVICE:
-As a proud affiliate of both YP Cincy Network (www.ypcincy.com) we provide both labor and leadership to numerous community service efforts such as Paint the Town and the Freestore Foodbank.
