Be prepared to remove your shoes prior to sitting on floor cushions at a low table - and to eat with chopsticks. Or, keep shoes on and cook for yourself at a grilling booth when you order two or more grilled entrees.

Dinners come with seven or more side dishes. Always present is Korea's national dish of spicy fermented cabbage, kim chi. Chldren may be more enthusiastic about appetizers such as the pan-fried vegetable and tofu dumplings and eggy vegetable pancakes.
