In 1998 Sean McGary and Jimmy King formed “Marsha Brady”. Quickly becoming one of Cincinnati’s top cover bands, they immediately packed local clubs, and before long took their energetic live show on the road. Whether playing radio-quality versions of popular music or putting a unique spin on classic songs, Marsha Brady keeps the dance floor packed and the audience involved, with contests, prizes, and crowd participation.
After winning a Cammy™ award, the band took a break in 2001. Jimmy joined national touring act “forehead” and recorded an album with “zero one zero”, while Sean recorded and toured the country with Gemini Records' artist Freekbass.
In 2005, using their already established and instantly recognizable name, Marsha Brady reformed, recruiting Funkytown drummer Derek Alldred and Bassist Andreas Holmstrom, best known for his work with the Mighty Mighty Bosstones.
This group of seasoned, professional musicians now performs not only in nightclubs across the US, but also at Corporate events and Private functions. Their dynamic Set list spans over 4 decades of hit music, with something for everyone’s tastes, and a strong emphasis on keeping the dance floor alive.
With their Pro Gear, Operations and Attitude, Marsha Brady has established outstanding relationships with Venues and Production companies across the country, and will work to make your event a success!
